When there is any collision risk detected, the system will calculate the relative distance in real time between potential collision paths and send signal to the other cranes as well as alerting the operator visually and audibly. At the same time, it will automatically decelerate or even stop any crane movements to prevent the collision.

Besides limiting the movement, the system also provides the user with the collision information on the LCD monitor. This includes the possible collision direction and identity of the colliding crane.
